Welcome to Society Club.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“You,” “Your”) and Society Club, operated under Ad Astra (“Society Club,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for events, or otherwise interacting with Society Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Society Club is a curated platform and event series intended for invited or approved participants.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The Society Club website and associated digital channels.
  • User: Any individual interacting with Society Club, including event attendees and website visitors.
  • Event: Any gathering, experience, or activity organized by Society Club.
  • Partner: Third-party venues, sponsors, or collaborators involved in organizing Events.

2. Access and Participation

2.1. Eligibility

Participation in Society Club events may be subject to approval, invitation, or limited availability.

2.2. Information Accuracy

You agree that all information you provide (e.g. RSVP details) is accurate and complete.

2.3. Right to Refuse

Society Club reserves the right to decline participation, revoke access, or cancel attendance at its discretion.

3. Event Participation

3.1. Registration

Event participation may require prior registration or confirmation.

3.2. Changes and Cancellations

Society Club reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events at any time.

3.3. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully. Society Club may remove any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Payments (Future Use)

Currently, Society Club events are complimentary.

If paid events or services are introduced:

  • Payments will be processed via third-party providers
  • Additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time

5. Role and Liability

5.1. Event Organization

Society Club organizes events in collaboration with Partners.

5.2. Third-Party Partners

We are not responsible for the acts, services, or omissions of third-party Partners, including venues or sponsors.

5.3. General Disclaimer

Participation in events is at your own risk. Society Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with participation, except where required by law.

6. Communications

By submitting your information, you agree that Society Club may contact you regarding:

  • Event confirmations and logistics
  • Invitations to future events
  • Relevant updates

You may opt out at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Society Club are the property of Ad Astra.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
